Problem with the brain

I am not sure wat's wrong with my brain!!!! I am getting more forgetful nowadays!!! I could easily forget things!!!! and I think this is not a good sign... even juz now when I was about the write something down.. and suddenly there's a 'dak' voice from the electricity room.. and the memory juz gone... and duno how could I go and find it back.. sigh~ Anyone could help me how to build a better memory? *sob*sob*
