I think I am abit wasting money and defeating the purpose to go for gym..... but dunno what to do... at this time at 12:00am... I am abit hungry....and ended up I took up the choice to go and cook a pack of Mamee.....

and that's all for the noodle..... and a cup of tea.... so ...... HOW??? OMG!!!! I was like taking time to cut down my diet and also to slim down myself.. for my Bali trip!!! so that I could look nicer in the photos.. but now... in another around 3 more weeks... anyone would think it's possible? is yes... what's the way to get the most effective way? Sigh~ Fatty me.. dunno how long more to be....
