17-3-2007 Birthday Celebration

Well, it was a tiring day for me to do all the preperation of the food. It's too boring to think of a place to have dinner / meal with friends for my birthday celebration. Therefore, I have actually thaught of cooking a full course meal (Appetizer/Main Course/Dessert) and invite my friends to have lunch in my house. Though it was quite tiring, still I enjoyed cooking as quite long time that I didn't have the chances to cook for a REAL MEAL in Malaysia. Back to year 2004, I had cooked for my dinner celebration as well.

After the previous' night dinner with my darling, we have headed to Tesco and get all the ingredients that I need and finished buying those ingredients at around 12:00 + am. Back home, I have started to prepare some of the food until 3:00am. I woke up at 10:00 am in the morning to continue again ~ Cooking Merathon ~

Alright, let see what is my Full Course Meal for my buddies' lunch. We have Salad, Spinach Soup for Appetizer; Spaghetti, Mushroom Chicken and Bacon/Ham with Asparagus for Main Course; Honey Dew Sago and Pancake as Dessert. I have taken most of the food that I have prepared but not all.

Everyone enjoyed eating and almost like death fish because there were too much of food for them. Ended up there were alot of leftover. But still all of the food has been finished by my sister and friends when they were back from their Redang Trip at night while I was out for my cake cutting celebration.
