Weekend to Johor and Singapore

It was a Deepavali long weekend last week. Bao bei and his brother-Vic has the plan to visit Johor and Singapore because Vic's gf is attending one of her colleague's Malay wedding in Johor. That's y we just sun bin visit Singapore. I am just tagging along... heheee.... thank you bao bei to bring me... muaksss...

Yeah.. our room... we have two couples... but we were stingy... so we have booked a Superior room with two single beds which sufficient enough for 2 couples.. wakakaaa....

Ion Orchard
one of the latest shopping centre in Orchard road for almost a year time. Because last year when I was in Singapore, still under renovation. The shopping centre is underground. There are 6 levels down the floor. something different concept of shopping centre.

Walk till really can't feel the legs anymore.... So we had our dinner in the food court in the Ion Orchard... Tried something I haven really had before but bao bei had it when he was young during the old times...

It was a long journey for us to walk from the MRT to Marina Bay and it was so HOT!!!!! I was freaking sweating only!!!! So when first step into the building, I didn't take photos... hahaa.. just too lazy to... I just need the air-cond by that time... So I don't have photos of the interior of the shopping centre...

We have visited the Casino as well. Casino is not allowed to take photos.. So there's also no photo in the Casino. And then, we walked to the hotel side.

This is the background of the Hotel. It's so high up. I have several photos of the hotel but I don't think so the photo could show anything may be becoz my skills is not that good to get those angle. So this is one of the hotel photo, you may imagine from here.. wakakaa...

Baobei keep on asking me to take photo with Jack, but, both of us have been taking photo for so many years ad.. so only when baobei join the crowd then we take together... hehee...

Miniature of Marina Bay

The first night we visited Marina Bay. We parked our car in Orchard Road-Lucky plaza, then we took MRT going around Singapore.

So the 2nd day, we actually visited Sentosa, Genting Resort Casino. At first thought of asking Jack to join again, too. But he was too tired and it was quite far for him to visit Sentosa, too. So in the end he didn't join buy juz guided us how to get to there.

It was so lucky that when we arrived there, there was the performance from the Resort. It is more like those performance that most of the Macau's Casinos have. The lights have been changing for the theme. More to like fountain performance. Too bad it was raining that night, so it happened to make everybody standing there wet.. so slowly the crowd getting lesser and lesser.

We went into the Casino one round to walk walk. And then came out to walk around again. We went to a shop named Candylicious. So nice!!! They are selling so many kinds of sweets. They have nice decorations, too.

After visiting Sentosa, we all can't feel our legs anymore. We head back to get the car and go back to Johor again. So Vic was saying to bring us to Danga Beach to have a look on what is the happenings there.

May be it's too late for us to visit, most of the stalls there already closed and left the cruises at the bay and also some lights. Nothing much to do, but for us to walk around to see only.

And that's all for the 2nd night that we had. And after that we went for supper again and by the time reached back hotel already 3am. So tired.....

We slept until 11:30am for the other day... until the receptionist called to remind us on the check out time and telling us the latest check out time would be 1:30pm. phew~ luckily.. else we will be charged.

After checking out, we went to Jusco to have our lunch. Had this stone grill which I think it has been in KL for once but it has been closed down.

After lunch, we have to say BYE to Johor and Singapore and to head back to KL. My baobei felt abit sicky again. After so many trips out with him, for sure he will feel sick for the last day.sigh.. So I actually went to pharmacy and get him the active fast and he fell asleep when get up to the car.

Whole journey back to KL was a bit suffer for all of us because there is some problem with the car air-cond which both of the brothers also can't identify on what's the problem so we have been going back without the air-cond. I have been sweating all the way back to KL.. I believe others were the same too..

So that's how we enjoyed the trip... Well... kinda relax trip though it's quite tired... but still LOVE it..
