One Week Keep Fit Program

I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PROGRAM!!!!
HOOREY!!!!


It was a one week keep fit program. It actually not only helping to keep fit but also to do some clearance for your body. There are two pages of information for the recipe, I just cut it short to let you guys know about it.

Day 1 - Only Fruits (no banana) more watermelon better
Day 2 - Only Vegetables
Day 3 - Fruits + Vegetables
Day 4 - 3 glasses of milk + 8 bananas + special recipe soup (mainly is vegetables soup)
Day 5 - Lean Meat Beef or Chicken Breast (can consume burgers) + tomatoes
Day 6 - Lean Met Beer or Chicken Breast + vegetables
Day 7 - Brown Rice + Vegetables

Everyday you are allow to drink coffee but without sugar at all.

After the program, I found that, besides the natural sugar from fruits, we didn't consume any sugar from elsewhere and I believed that might be the main reason for everyone to easily get fat.

Anyhow, I have taken some of the photos while I was going through the program.

And then everything has gone through!!!!! My tummy really gone down so much... but infact my weight still remain... I don't know why. I was doing this with a few colleagues.. their weight had gone down but not mine... :( I don't know why... But still I am satisfied with my outfit... so hooray!! ^_^Anyone who is interested could always have a try on the recipe.... If anything unclear can always drop me a msg...

After this programme, I will be having dinner marathon for this week.. as there is all birthday celebrations from my sweet friends.... So after that need to go back to this program again... to well maintain the body shape...
