Some Updates

Last day in Iverson

3rd August was the last day for my to work in Iverson. So co-incident, there was a company dinner, therefore, there was the farewell dinner for me as well.

Happy to work with all of the colleagues from the previous company. Will miss them.

Actually I had the chance to speak in the company dinner, but didn't know what to talk about that night. Here I would like to thank you to everyone from Iverson who has really help me a lot during my service in Iverson. Moreover, would like to thank you Dr Yap who has given me the chance to work in the company and leave the company for my to further my career. Really appreciate that.

Anyway, still happy to meet up with a bunch of colleagues who has been working with me for 16 months time.

Adidas NPE Run !!!

Finally, the day has arrived for the Adidas NPE Run!!!

The run will be start running @ 7:00am and 6:30am for the registration.

We woke up @ 5:30am and started our journey to Pyramid @ 6:00am.

We just arrived and parked in front a Mamak next to Pyramid

When we arrived the registration counter, there were already a lot of people there!!! Anyhow, people who were running for 21km started at 6:45am.

Then it's our turn to get READY!!!!

This is for our check point,

The pink one we got it at the starting point, the orange one we got it when we have ran up to 5km. It's a check point to make sure we have reached that point!!

During the run, I really need a lot of fluid and that's what I usually do in the gym. Anyway, after the checkpoint, finally I had my drink. *goot*goot*goot* I have drunk 3 cups of 100 plus. hahahhaaa... BURP!!! so thirsty!!!

After another few more KM, there was another station for drinks again~ I got 2 cups for the 2nd and 3rd station. And after that, that's the END of the RUN!!!!!! 10KM!!!!! Finally finished!!!! I was totally exhausted!!!! and I got the MEDAL!!!!! ho~ ho~ ho~ didn't expect I could have it as there were so many of people in front of me!!! But still, I GOT IT!!!!! ^_^v

After finished the run, we sat down and had some free drink which were sponsored by 100 plus, Milo and Sprite. YEAH!!!!! so happy that I had finished the RUN again!!!!! and while resting, we were actually waiting for my sister's 2 friends. Both of them were the last among us and there were walking all the way instead of running. OMG~~

But finally we still got to wait them and that's the time for us to leave NPE as the road has been blocked until 10am only.
