Weekend Langkawi Trip

It was like decade of years that we have not been traveling in such a big group. We all missed the outings. And after so long, finally, there's one that we could able to get everyone free at the same time.

And this time we off to Langkawi again after so long!!!

First touched down after collecting our car, we went to search for dinner. Wanted to have dinner at this restaurant but it was too late and we have to go to another one at the next few doors.

And in the end.. we have been "chopped" by the restaurant... it's almost average of RM30+/pax
Everything thinks that it's not worth to pay for that amount..

So, right after the dinner a.k.a. supper, we back to hotel to check it. Actually I missed the before dinner-supper part. We actually went to a few mini markets to buy liquor and we managed to buy some beer back to the hotel and drink.

Now let's check in. Our resort's name is Sunset Beach Resort. Overall my rating to this resort would be 6/10. Consider they have their own beach. One thing, they do not have swimming pool. But overall the rooms are alright. Quite authentic though.

We have booked 5 rooms. 1 Sunset II and 4 Sunset III. But they are lack of Sunset III so they actually gave us one extra Sunset II without any extra chargers. At first me and FK taking the room, but in the end, we changed with Lorraine couple. CY and TTS took the Sunset III too and from then, their room became a gathering point. hahaaaa.... All of us went to their room and have our drinking session there.

Only drinking it's not fun enough, therefore, applying games into the drinking part will bring more fun and laughter.

First night, which is the Friday night that we arrived, we drank until 4:00+ am. But still the beer were not finished yet. The next morning everyone still able to wake up for the breakfast!!! SURPRISE!!! hahaaaa....

Anyway.. After the breakie, we visited the beach which is outside of our resort.. For those who wished to stay, like FK and me, then we stayed for the sun bathing. Others some went for massage, some went to dunno where to lepak.. so each of us has our own activity. And after that we met up for lunch which is near by our resort, too. The lunch was good and quite worth to eat and we actually went back on Sunday to have lunch again, too.

After the sun bathing... we went to meet up with them at the Thai restaurant for lunch. And by then, some of the couples wanted to visit the under water world, they just go ahead and others of us just took our time walking around and also riding the motor around... wakakaaa... it was so fun to ride on the motor....

So after all, there's nothing much to do in Langkawi besides sunbathing and drinking. Hence, there's another nite of drinking for us... but this round of time, we are drinking single malt.

Everyone juz enjoy drinking and the gathering session... Hope to have another session again with more members and it will be much more fun.

So, Sunday morning, it's time for us to check out and return to the bz city-KL. Let's walk through again see how greeny actually our resort is. Personally I quite adore this resort. It's clean in the room, it's greeny outside and the most important is they have own beach. May be the next time come back would stay here again.

After checking out, we went to have lunch at the thai restaurant again that we had yesterday. Everyone thinks that the food there not bad and worth eating. So no harm for the 2nd time.

And after lunch we head to the kuah one more time for the last shopping and we head to the airport to catch the flight.

We were in the airport for quite long hours.. So everyone was like sitting at the bench there.. slowly, everyone went to the jagung stall and get something to chew juz becoz we have nothing to do.. wakakakaaa.....
